Brennan P. Leene

Brennan P. Leene practices healthcare and business law, helping companies to resolve disputes, ensure compliance and engage in successful transactions with third parties. He has experience in numerous business matters, including formation, financing, expansion of a business through acquisition or merger, reorganizations, corporate governance, contract negotiation, and compliance planning. In addition, his background in litigation has allowed him to successfully resolve disputes arising in real estate, employment, trade secrets and services agreements. Mr. Leene is Of Counsel to Nealon & Associates, P.C. and is general counsel to healthcare companies in Palm Beach County, Florida. His recent experience includes:

-Counsel to a diagnostic laboratory during the Covid-19 pandemic, providing guidance on regulatory, corporate, and business development matters;

-Advising a medical supplies company on various issues involving compliance, importation of goods and licensure;

-Advising a distributor of veterinarian prescription drugs in legal structuring, compliance, real estate negotiation, business practices and employment matters;

-Structuring a discount pharmacy program and assisting in negotiations with pharmacy benefit managers and developed compliance program; and

-Estate planning for individuals.

Mr. Leene graduated from George Mason University School of Law where he was an associate editor for the Civil Rights Law Journal after graduating from the University of Vermont cum laude with degrees in Political Science, History and Economics. Mr. Leene is a member of the bars of Florida, Virginia, the District of Columbia and is admitted to practice before the Eastern District of Virginia. He enjoys spending time with his wife, two young daughters and dog and occasionally playing hockey and golf as time permits.
