Attorney William E. Casselman, II, of counsel

William E. Casselman, II, Esq.,  is a practicing attorney in Northern Virginia, and Of Counsel to Nealon & Associates, P.C. and the New York law firm of Stairs Dillenbeck Finley, which specializes in, among other areas, public and private offerings of debt and equity securities; private equity funding; and commercial loans. 

During his career, Mr. Casselman has served in various politically-appointed senior positions in the Executive and Legislative branches of the United States Government. These positions include: Counsel to the President of the United States; Legal Counsel to the Vice President of the United States; General Counsel of the General Services Administration; Deputy Special Assistant to the President for Congressional Relations; and Legislative Assistant to a senior Republican member of the House Judiciary Committee.

As an attorney, Mr. Casselman has represented US and foreign clients on a variety of business and government matters, including corporate and international transactions, capital formation and government contracts, as well as federal lobbying. He holds a B.A. in Government from Claremont McKenna College, and a Juris Doctorate from George Washington University.  He is a recipient of GWU's Distinguished Alumni Achievement Award, the University's highest award of alumnus honor.

 Mr. Casselman is member of the bars of the District of Columbia, Virginia and the U.S. Supreme Court.
